Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most of our products ship from US-based warehouses and arrive within 5–10 business days. Some items ship even faster — you'll see estimated delivery times listed on each individual product page. We don't carry anything that requires a weeks-long international wait because we know how frustrating that is.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now A&L Works ships within the United States only. We're working on expanding to additional countries in the future — follow us on TikTok to be the first to know when that changes.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Click the link in that email to follow your package all the way to your door. If you don't receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first, then reach out to us on the Contact page with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do everything we can to accommodate the change. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to modify it but you can still return it once received under our returns policy.
